Over 1,500 Emirates flights depart Dubai each week on their way to destinations on six continents. Emirates First Class and Business Class customers as well as Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members travelling in Economy Class, can unwind in Emirates’ exclusive Airport lounges in over 30 destinations.
In the Emirates Lounges, guests are offered an extensive buffet of gourmet dishes from around the world, as well as a complimentary full-bar service including premium wine, spirits and champagne. Other services include; a fully equipped business centre with Wi-Fi connection, TV, reading areas and shower facilities. At destinations where we do not have exclusive Emirates lounges, we offer access to partner lounges across six continents.
Complimentary Chauffeur-drive service is available for First Class and Business Class customers to and from origin, stopover and destination airports.
Customers can rely on Emirates’ world-class service and award-winning inflight entertainment system with over 2,000 channels to choose from on most aircraft. They can also stay connected to family, friends and colleagues on the ground with a wide range of onboard communications options. On board our A380 aircraft, customers can enjoy free Wi-Fi from their seat to blog, post or tweet.
First Class customers can unwind in their own Private Suite, enjoy fine dining on demand, a generous 50kg baggage allowance and a personal in-seat mini bar. On the Emirates A380, customers can refresh in the exclusive Shower Spas and socialise in the Onboard Lounge.
Business Class customers can enjoy a generous 40kg baggage allowance and a dedicated check-in and baggage handling at the airport. On board they can stretch out on flat-bed seats (A380) / lie-flat seats (B777) with built-in massage function and multi-course gourmet dining, served with award-winning beverages. On the Emirates A380, customers can socialise in the Onboard Lounge.
