1. Gdynia Aquarium
The Aquarium is located in a building of the Sea Fishery Institute. Flora and fauna of the world’s seas and oceans gathered in aquariums, showcases, dioramas plus plastic expositions of the Baltic’s syncline. As an indication of its popularity, more than 350 thousand guests annually visit the Gdynia Aquarium.

2. Frigate “Dar Pomorza”
The frigate from 1909 served the Gdynia Maritime University for 50 years. She is a three-mast ship, with a hull length of 72.6 metres, and 16.6 metres wide. The height of the masts reaches 41.1 metres, while the sail area exceeds 2 thousand square metres. In 1972, the frigate won all the possible awards during The Cutty Sark Tall Ships races. A successor of the White Frigate is the equally beautiful “Dar Młodzieży” which mooring place is located right behind “Dar Pomorza”.

3. ORP Błyskawica
This naval destroyer took part in numerous battles during World War II. See the ship's interior and equipment and get to know the history of the Polish Navy. The destroyer is an important part of the Polish Naval Museum in Gdynia and the only World War II ship still in commission.

4. Abraham’s House
A historic monument of the time when Gdynia was a small village. Its name comes from Antoni Abraham, the great Kashubian advocate of the Polish provenance of Pomerania. He spent here the last days of his life. Today, it is part of the Gdynia City Museum where you can also find the exhibition of pictures presenting the history of Gdynia.

5. Żeromski’s House
A fishermen’s hut at the foot of Orłowo Cliff where a foremost Polish writer Stefan Żeromski lived and worked. His belongings and keepsakes are still to be seen here. The current tenant, Orłowo Friends’ Association, keeps tradition alive by organizing regular exhibitions, meeting popularising history and heritage and other events; Villa Lubicz – in Orłowska Street, leading to the Orłowo Pier and Summer Theatre, today also a charming guesthouse, is a villa from the thirties of the 20th century.

6. Court and Park in Kolibki
Kolibki is a 17th century court and park complex, which can be reached via the picturesque Plazowa Street. You will be very impressed by the stable from the 18th century as well as by the large carriage hall, where nowadays the horses of the local riding school are quartered. Horse riding is possible here.

7. Church of St. Michael Archangel
This church is the oldest building in Gdynia. It was originally built in the place of an old pagan temple at the beginning of 13th  century and then destroyed in the 17th century during the Swedish Wars. Reconstructed, it served people until the very last day of World War II when a missile from a Russian gun fired for fun hit the tower. It was rebuilt by the Kashubian people. It is located at Oksywie Plateau, 40 metres above sea level with a cemetery surrounding it. It is the resting place for many who devoted their lives to the well being of Gdynia and the Pomeranian Region.

8. Skansen
Skansen is the museum of armaments and sea battle equipment dating from the 16th century. Especially worth seeing are the planes and helicopters, weapons and heavy armaments, plus medieval gun carriages.

9. The Marina
The Marina of Gdynia is the largest yacht harbour in Poland. It is located along the Bay of Gdansk and the forested cliffy coast next to the centre of Gdynia – close to sandy beaches, seaside boulevards, music theatre and a number of other recreational attractions of this part of the city.

10. Monuments of the Victims of December 1970
In honour of those “who died so we could live with dignity”. The December events were the start of changes towards democracy, not only in Poland, but in the whole of Eastern Europe. The first monument stands in Czechosłowacka Street nearby the Gdynia Shipyard and was erected in 1980. The second one – the “winged cross” of 25 metres’ height – is standing by the Gdynia City Hall.
