A consistent quality service, wherever you travel

Cruise Baltic Project is finalising a list of common standards for service and port facilities. The list is part of a plan to upgrade and standardise the service at each of the 16 Cruise Baltic destinations. Key representatives from cruise companies will give their input at Seatrade Hamburg 1 November.

Onboard tourist information? A clean and well maintained port area? Fixed city maps? Information to the crew about internet and phone access? Does this make sense as a common set of standards for service and port facilities for the 16 Cruise Baltic destination?

These are the questions that will be presented to key representatives from cruise companies at Cruise Baltic Project’s workshop at Hamburg Seatrade. Project director, Signe Adamsen, and marketing manager, Maria Guggenberger, will discuss the standards with representatives from the cruise companies.

A common set of standards will be finalised by the end of this year. All destinations and ports involved in Cruise Baltic Project will be responsible for their implementation.
