Feedback Workshop at Seatrade

Representatives from, predominantly, incoming companies and port agents attended the first CBP workshop, held in connection with Seatrade in Hamburg. For the BCP partners attending, the feedback from this event was particularly valuable.

- Dialogue with the trade is crucial for the development of CBP. This workshop was arranged to get professional feedback on our work so far. It served as a kind of quality test and our discussions with the trade will greatly influence the guidelines for our future work.

A subject of particular interest at the workshop was the CBP work in developing common service standard requirements in all partner ports. CBP was also referred to by speakers at the Seatrade Plenum Sessions. Mrs Adamsen comments:

- Obviously, the cruise trade is keeping an eye on the Baltic region and the project. We are delighted that the feedback so far has been so very encouraging.
