The Copenhagen Card gives you free entry to more than 60 museums and attractions plus free transport by train, bus and Metro, as well as discounts on many attractions throughout the Greater Copenhagen Region. The Copenhagen Card comes complete with a comprehensive guide including a map of the city and detailed information on more than one hundred museums, sights and services. Up to 2 children under the age of 10 are allowed to accompany each adult cardholder.

Climate

Copenhagen enjoys a fairly mild climate similar to that of London or Amsterdam. In July and August, the warmest months, the average daytime temperature is 21°C. February is generally the coldest month, with an average daily temperature of 1°C.

Tipping/Tax

Service charges are automatically added to hotel and restaurant bills. Tipping for outstanding service is a matter of choice. Tips for taxi drivers are included in the fare. Sales tax (VAT) is included in all prices.
