Cruise Baltic introduces online UK training programme

2 June, 2008 marked the launch date of the new on-line agent education programme for UK travel agents by Cruise Baltic. Through the introduction of this new tool, designed to provide an in-depth knowledge of 10 fascinating countries in the Baltic Sea Region - with its diversity and destinations, agents are being given the opportunity to offer their customers the best possible cruise experience.

As the popularity of the Baltic Sea Region continues to rise, the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE) has developed an online educational tool for agents, which comprises The Cruise Baltic Online Training Programme. The programme is highly interactive and incorporates high impact slideshows, user-friendly interactive maps and panoramic videos.

The programme is comprised of several sections, as well as an exam on the destinations, thus focusing on active participation. These sections consist of:

• Getting there
• Baltic themes
• Interactive map
• Selling the destinations
• Destination info
• SAS International
